Pow : Dec 26 - Jan 2
One of my first pictures of the new year. 2011! (Do yourself a favor and ignore the creepy man on the upper right hand side.) It seems like time is flying by so quickly and I've no idea how to slow it down. But in the midst of what often feels like organized chaos, I know I've been so blessed this year. Saw my family grow, trained for and ran a marathon, met some great new people, became closer to old friends, visited some new places, moved more than I wanted to, and had more than a few moments of trying, failing, and trying again. As we all do in this little thing called LIFE. Overall, I feel good about the things I've learned this year--even if most of those things were unintended.
I have high hopes for the new year. In the past I've allowed myself to get carried away with my resolutions: too many, too big, too fast. A recipe for failure, as I've discovered. I won't bore you with my narrowed down 2011 resolutions. But suffice it to say that I've given it a lot of thought this week and believe them to be things which will bring some positive things into my life as well as those I'm close to. And the best part? They're 100% doable. Difficult at times, I'm sure to find out, but definitely doable.
So. Here we go. Fingers crossed for a memorable and fulfilling 2011. Happy New Year everyone!

I'm with you on the resolutions thing! I like your plan. I will not try to stop drinking Diet Pepsi this year, TOO BIG and TOO FAST, but I'll drink more water :) What do you think? Maybe my other resolution will be to use less exclamation points, just for you. You're welcome :)
P.S. Cute picture! <-- OOPS
Hey now ... I don't HATE exclamations. And Curlie, if you're feelin' the exclamations you go right ahead. It makes you YOU! See what I did there? An exclamation ... just for you!
Water, pilates, and feeling the burn. I have a good feeling for you 2011 :)
