Saddened to find ourselves camera-less at the Relief Society session, this time we came prepared. Seeing as how we do not possess any qualities commonly seen in the chosen conference Ensign photographs, it was necessary to document the morning ourselves. This is what we concluded—in order to get a photo in the Ensign, you must have one of the following attributes: be foreign or at least foreign looking, gently cradling a baby, appropriately snuggling/holding hands with a member of the opposite sex, a member of five generations of women or men (all present of course), pondering the scriptures whilst writing in your journal, etc. The list goes on and on. Yet, even with this knowledge, Kathleen and I have thus far been unsuccessful in making the conference issue. Maybe someday. Until then, these’ll have to do.

I'm glad you enjoyed "The Spoken Word", but I was a bit surprised to hear you say that you're not a fan of choral music. If I remember right, as early as 4th grade, you wanted to sing in a CHORE. (oops,I mean CHOIR)
Well, Marme, that just goes to show how enthusiastic I am about being involved. I didn't even know what the CHORE was and look at me - showed up anyway. Enthusiasm.
Many thanks for bringing up that devasting memory. What topic should we focus on now? How I destroyed one of Jennie's ducks? That'll do.
*sigh* Oh if only I were a beloved siamese twin ....
I think "destroy" is a pretty strong word, don't you? The cute little duckling still had one eye.)
Couldn't resist the .) could you? All in all, very creative. Touche.
